Biodiversity

Both prokaryotic
~Archebacteria- live in harsh enviroments
~Eubacteria- rod, round (coci), spiral, peptidoglycan in cell wall
locomotion- small hairs (fallopean tube), animals with flagella-whip-like hairs (sperm)- locomotion.
*pseudopod- false footed organisms (aemeoba) stretches out membrane-locomotion

Eucaryots-
Protiesta- animal-like, fungi like, plant-like -Cheitn (base upon
~animal-like-zooflagellate, cilate, sarcedines, sporezoans (no locomotion).-locomotion) movement

~Fungi-like- slime molds, water molds - no chitin
~plant-like-unicelluar, multicelluar
~unicelluar- diatoms- silica in cell walls
- chrysophyta- golden algae
- euglenophyta- photosyntheses and flagella and can distinguish light from dark. Have the ability to be photoautotrophs, do not have a cell wall.
- dynoflagellates- move with flagella and do have a cell wall (creates red tide).

-Multicellular- brown algae, red algae, and green algae all have cell walls made of cellulose, not silica.
